Premier Medical Plan updates

The Premier Medical Plan deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums will increase in 2026 to comply with IRS rules for high-deductible health plans. The maximums will be higher for both in-network and out-of-network services.

Monthly contribution increases for medical coverage

Monthly contributions for the Core and Premier plans and Surest Copay Plan will increase slightly in 2026 (between $1 - $24 depending on the coverage tier and plan). Flex continues to pay the majority of the cost for medical benefits. The monthly contribution for vision and dental coverage will not change.

Expansion of Sword Health’s FREE physical therapy program

Sword Health’s free digital physical therapy program is now available to all employees and their families…you don’t need to be enrolled in a Flex medical plan to use it.

The program is designed to help you overcome back, joint or muscle pain from the comfort of your home.
