OCTOBER 27 - NOVEMBER 7, 2025

Consider your options, understand how the plans work and choose the benefits that best fit your needs.

  • Attend the Virtual Benefits Fair on the Flex HR Portal from work or home between October 13 – November 7, 2025.
  • Join a live 2026 benefits presentation or watch a recorded session at any time on the Flex HR Portal.
  • Review the Workday Quick Start Guide for step-by-step instructions on the online enrollment process.
  • Go to the Flex HR Portal to review Open Enrollment information, plan documents and summaries, provider links and more to help you prepare to make your elections.

Enroll between October 27 and November 7.

  • Access Workday to submit your elections.
  • If you don’t enroll or make changes during the Open Enrollment period, your 2025 elections will carry forward to 2026 with the exception of any contributions to the HSA and/or FSA (Health Care, Dependent Care and Limited Purpose), which all require a new election each year.

DECEMBER 2025 -

JANUARY 2026

  • Look for 2026 medical plan ID cards mailed this December.
  • If you elect the HSA, Fidelity will send you a new debit card, along with instructions on how to manage your account online and where to call with questions.
  • If you are new to the FSA or your current debit card is about to expire, you will get a new debit card in the mail from HealthEquity.
  • Look for information on the Sword physical therapy program in the first quarter of 2026.

IMPORTANT! Action is required to transition your HSA from HealthEquity to Fidelity. If you are currently enrolled in the Core or Premier medical plan with HSA, you must authorize Fidelity to open a new HSA for you and for HealthEquity to transfer your current HSA to Fidelity.

Transferring your account balance to Fidelity during Open Enrollment will simplify the process for you.

If you choose not to transfer your current HSA to Fidelity during Open Enrollment, you may be responsible for a $3.95 monthly admin fee on your HealthEquity account starting in March 2026 and a $25 account closure fee to close your account and transfer the balance.

This document, together with your other enrollment communications, serves as a summary of material modifications (SMM to the Flex Benefits SPDs for 2026). Please keep this information with your SPDs for future reference.
