Look for new ID cards for any health care, HSA or FSA elections.
- All Flex employees who elect medical coverage for 2027 will receive new IDs with the change to in-network coverage only.
— Axiom employees will receive new ID cards for all health care plans, with new group plan numbers and telephone numbers.
- If you enroll in the HSA for the first time (Flex or Axiom), Fidelity will send you a debit card, along with instructions on how to manage your account online and where to call with questions (if you already have an HSA and enroll again in 2027, you will keep the same account and debit card).
- If you enroll in the FSA for the first time (Flex or Axiom), HealthEquity will send you a debit card, along with instructions on how to manage your account online and where to call with questions. Note: If you re-enroll in the FSA and are a Flex employee, you can continue to use your current FSA debit card in 2027, if not expired. If you re-enroll in the FSA and you are an Axiom employee, you will receive a new FSA debit card.
