What to know about your benefits with the Flex and Axiom transition

Health care updates

Both Flex and Axiom will offer the same three medical plan options in 2027: Core, Premier, and Surest Copay, along with prescription drug coverage through Express Scripts. Medical contributions will increase for 2027 and be the same for Flex and Axiom, with the company continuing to pay the majority share of the cost. Dental and vision coverage will continue to be offered through Delta Dental and VSP, with no changes to employee contributions for either organization.

Enrollment

Flex and Axiom employees will both enroll through Workday from October 26 through November 6, 2026. We strongly encourage you to review your current elections and make any desired changes during the Open Enrollment period. If you don’t take any action, your 2026 elections will carry forward to 2027 — except for Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account contributions, which require an active election each year.
